Chilli & Coriander Chutney | 190gm
Chutneys are somewhere between a jam, a relish and a jelly. It’s a quick way to add a new dimension to a dish that needs some cheering up. Ottolenghi's Chilli and Coriander Chutney adds a spicy, fresh tang to cold cuts, curries, noodles or even grilled prawns.
Green Chilli Shatta | 195gm
Green Chilli Shatta is Ottolenghi's favourite hot sauce. Despite tough competition from gochujang, sambal and Tabasco, Shatta sets itself apart with its punchy, acidic and all importantly, spicy character. Use anywhere you would hot sauce – swirl into yoghurt, spread on a sandwich or add to a sauce for an added punch.
Dukkah | 195gm
Dukkah is a seed and nut mix from Egypt. Everyone has their own spin — Ottolenghi's has a gentle smokiness, a touch of citrus and a satisfying crunch. They toast, grind and jar in-house, for a freshness that lasts. It is the perfect go-to finishing touch. Scatter over roasted veg, salad and eggs; fold into dips; or even pound into a pesto.

Chilli & Coriander Chutney - Fresh Vine Tomatoes, Palm Sugar, Chillies, Turmeric, Cumin and Mustard Seeds (Mustard), Canola Oil, Red Wine Vinegar (Sulphur Dioxide), Thai Fish Sauce (Fish), Fresh Coriander.
Green Chilli Shatta - Green Chillies, Jalapeños, Salt, Lemon Juice, Vinegar (Sulphur Dioxide) and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Dukkah: Hazelnuts (Nuts), Sunflower Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Nigella Seeds, Salt, Black Pepper, Sweet Paprika.

Storage and shelf life
Chilli & Coriander Chutney - Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
