Do I need an account to shop online?
No, you do not need to create an account to shop with us. You can make a purchase using our Guest Checkout.
However, by creating an online account at kakkadu.com.au you’ll have access to the following features:
- A fast, easy check out - because your details will be stored in our system already!
- Order status – you'll be able to see the status of any current orders.
- Past order history – just in case you need to check what you've already purchased.
- Update your details – you can easily change or update your account info.
- Change your password – or reset it, if you've forgotten.

The product I want is out of stock, will you be getting more?
We know how annoying it is when your favourite product is unavailable, and as much as we endeavour to always be in stock, from time to time, we may run out. We will do our best to have the products back in stock ASAP and will keep you posted on the ETA
Can I cancel my order?
Please get in touch ASAP if you would like to make any changes. We cannot promise that we will be able to but will try to accommodate. As soon as an order has been placed it joins a queue for dispatch to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. Therefore, once processed, we are unable to change or cancel an order.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item or have a problem with my order?

What do I do if I have not received my order confirmation email?
Once you submit payment, you will receive an email to confirm your order. If you don’t receive this, be sure to check your junk or spam folder.

Do you deliver to work addresses?
We can deliver to your home or work address.
If you would like your order to be delivered to your workplace, please enter the company name at checkout.
What are your delivery costs?
Orders over $100 will be delivered FREE* of charge for Australian customers only.
Orders under $100 will be delivered for a flat fee of:
$9.95 for NSW, ACT, VIC & QLD
$14.95 for SA & TAS
$19.95 for WA & NT
Express Post Sydney Metro - $14.95
Express Courier Service Sydney Metro - $14.95 If we receive your order before 1pm it will be delivered within 1-2 business days.This service is only offered on business days. If you order on a weekend or public holiday it will be shipped the next business day. If you have purchased PRE ORDER items your next day delivery will be sent on the day the PRE ORDER items arrive. This service is offered to Sydney Metro customers only. Please note couriers are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Parcel lockers. If you are not at home to accept your delivery it will be left in a safe place. Please note Kakkadu does not accept liability for any order that is lost, stolen or damaged once left.
All orders are shipped from our Sydney & Melbourne Warehouses using Australia Post.
Please allow between 2-5 business days for your order to arrive.
Please note Australia Post are experiencing delays in delivery due to the unprecedented demand at the moment. We will despatch your order in our normal time frame (1-2 days) but you may experience up to an additional 5 days for delivery at the moment.

*Standard delivery charges apply to orders that are less than 15kg and are to be delivered within Australia. Orders over 15kg will be charged at a bulk shipping rate. We reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees for large or commercial orders. Please contact us for more information.
How can I track my order?
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from Australia Post. In order to track your parcel, please click the link embedded in the email.
What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order is showing that it’s been delivered but you’re yet to receive it, please contact our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to help you.
Can I change the delivery address on my order?
Please contact immediately if you wish to amend a delivery address. Once an order has been processed we are unable to amend it, so please thoroughly check the delivery details when ordering.
