Orders over $100 will be delivered FREE* of charge for Australian customers only.
Orders under $100 will be delivered for a flat fee of:

Express Courier Service Sydney Metro - $14.95 If we receive your order before 1pm it will be delivered within 1-2 business days.This service is only offered on business days. If you order on a weekend or public holiday it will be shipped the next business day. If you have purchased PRE ORDER items your next day delivery will be sent on the day the PRE ORDER items arrive. This service is offered to Sydney Metro customers only. Please note couriers are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Parcel lockers. If you wish for the delivery to be left without a signature please advise in the NOTES section at checkout, please note Kakkadu does not accept liability for any order that is lost, stolen or damaged once left.
All orders are shipped from our Sydney or Melbourne Warehouses.
Orders are usually shipped within 1 - 2 days.

Please note Australia Post are experiencing delays in delivery due to the unprecedented demand at the moment. We will despatch your order in our normal time frame (1-2 days) but you may experience up to an additional 5 days for delivery at the moment.

*Standard delivery charges apply to orders that are less than 15kg and are to be delivered within Australia. Orders over 15kg will be charged at a bulk shipping rate. We reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees for large, commercial orders or orders to remote locations. Please contact us for more information.
We want you to have a great shopping experience with us but understand that ordering online can be tricky. If, for whatever reason, you change your mind and wish to return an item you’ve purchased, we have a 30 day refund policy. Items can only be returned if they are unopened and unused, with all seals and packaging still in place.
If items are faulty please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will organise a replacement for you on return of faulty goods. Please take photos of the fault and the box it arrived in if it is also damaged. We will advise if the faulty goods need to be returned. Do not dispose of faulty goods until advised to.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Any item not in its original condition or packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once we have received the item and your refund has been processed it can take between 2-5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to credit your account. Please note that we do not reimburse delivery costs when you return
unwanted goods, we only refund the cost of the items returned. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It can take between 2-5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to credit your account.
