So much better than some of the contraptions that are environmental disaster, and take up so much space when you have limited bench space in your small kitchen. An unbleached coffee filter paper also removes many nasties from the coffee that other methods do not (I have done much research on science based, reputable sites for this, and while not perfect, it’s definitely better for you).
Makes a beautiful brew, so beautiful I purchased another three sets after receiving this little beauty.
