Description
Green Chilli Shatta is our favourite hot sauce. Despite tough competition from gochujang, sambal and Tabasco, Shatta sets itself apart with its punchy, acidic and all importantly, spicy character. Use anywhere you would hot sauce – swirl into yoghurt, spread on a sandwich or add to a sauce for an added punch.
Ingredients
Green Chillies, Jalapeños, Salt, Lemon Juice, Vinegar (Sulphur Dioxide) and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Produced in an environment that handles: celery, cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, barley and oats), eggs, fish, milk, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts).
Storage and shelf life
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 week.
