Description
Everyone has their favourite chilli sauce. Gochujang, sambal, shatta, nam phrik, Tabasco? This is Ottolenghi's. Punchy, sharp, acidic and, all importantly, spicy. Fermented red chillis give it a funky hit. Add it anywhere you would hot sauce. Swirl into yoghurt, spread on a sandwich, or add to a sauce for an added punch.
Ingredients
Red Chilli (69%), Olive Oil, Red Jalapeno Peppers (Red Jalapeno Peppers, Salt, Acid: Acetic Acid) (9%), Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Tomato Paste.
Storage and shelf life
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 months.
