Care & Heating Instructions

850 watt microwave - On high for 1 minute
650 watt microwave - On high for 1 1/2 minutes
Do not overheat
Ensure bag does not prevent rotation of microwave turntable
After removal of bag, gently knead the bag to distribute the heat. Test on hand before using on other parts of body
Don't use in confined spaces that can trap heat, such as under blankets or on bedding
Do not use in conventional oven

Neck pack

I haven’t used this yet, but think it will be great. I have osteoarthritis in my neck with constant pain and think the heat pack will be soothing. It is very soft and comfortable draped across the back of my neck.

Doesn’t meet expectations on description

Not staying hot cools down very quickly compared to wheat bag, could be wider.
