Care & Heating Instructions
- 850 watt microwave - On high for 1 minute
- 650 watt microwave - On high for 1 1/2 minutes
- Do not overheat
- Ensure bag does not prevent rotation of microwave turntable
- After removal of bag, gently knead the bag to distribute the heat. Test on hand before using on other parts of body
- Don't use in confined spaces that can trap heat, such as under blankets or on bedding
- Do not use in conventional oven
- Do not ingest contents. Do not wrap up
- Heat tolerances vary so please only heat for half the time the first time you use to test how warm this is for you
- Please supervise the young and elderly
