Square loaf review

Only issue I have is that I thought the top would be rounded more so I could put the uncooked dough in and lid on for the first 20 minute,But it’s too low so I will have to make a smaller loaf. My mistake. The quality is all good and will last forever !

Genuine cast iron

Great pan for baking bread. I just need to learn how to adjust my baking time to suit.
