Description
Preserved lemons are lemons that have been packed in salt and lemon juice. Essentially, they’re pickled lemons. They bring a savoury tang to stews, braises, dressings and sauces that can’t be replicated using fresh fruit. We’ve made cooking with preserved lemon even simpler with this Preserved Lemon Marinade. Marinate meat, fish and vegetables, zhoosh up dressings, stir through grains and beans.
Use marinade for a minimum of ten minutes, stir through or pour over.
Ingredients
Preserved Lemons, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Water, Sugar, Fired Onions (onions, sunflower oil), Lemon Juice, Salt, Garlic Puree, Black Pepper, Thyme, Tumeric

Storage and shelf life
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 weeks. Shake before use
