Ottelenghi's Smokey Honey Marinade is their take in a hot honey with smoked paprika and caraway marinade. The perfect combination of sweet, smokey and spice with a touch of heat. Marinate meat, fish & vegetables. zhoosh up dressings, stir through grains and beans.
Use marinade for a minimum of ten minutes, stir through or pour over.
Ingredients
Water, extra virgin olive oil, water, sugar, fired onions (onions, sunflower oil), honey, muscovado sugar (sugar cane, cane molasses), smoked paprika,salt, dried garlic, caraway, hickory smoked flavour, coriander,, smoked chipotle chilli, ground fennel seeds, turmeric powder, paprika extract, acidity regulator (citric acid).

Produced in an environment that handles: celery, cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, barley and oats), eggs, fish, milk, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts).
Storage and shelf life
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 weeks. Shake before use
